We start the experience by meeting you at our central point or picking you up from your hostel—your choice. After a quick introduction to Nicaraguan cuisine, we head to the vibrant local market. Here, you’ll see, smell, and taste a variety of fresh ingredients while learning about their history and significance. Then it’s off to the kitchen, where everything is prepared for you to cook at your own pace, follow the steps, and savor every moment.

Yes! Some of the vegetarian dishes in our menu include sopa de queso (cheese soup) and buñuelos (sweet yucca fritters).

Our menu includes three traditional Nicaraguan main dishes: Indio Viejo (a savory corn and beef stew), Sopa de Queso (cheese soup), and Chancho con Yuca (pork with boiled yuca and cabbage salad). We also prepare appetizers like enchiladitas (fried stuffed tortillas) and a traditional dessert called perrereque, a sweet corn cake.
