By booking your spot on one of our Tours, the following terms are applicable:
Payment & Reservation
For our day tours your booking is confirmed after a confirmation of both sides via WhatsApp or Email.
For our multiple day tours your booking is confirmed after making the first deposit.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that a traveller cancels a confirmed booking prior to the start of the trip, Mono Loco Adventures reserves the right to charge fees.
Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total tour price per person based on the number of days prior to the scheduled departure date:
Up to 1 month before departure: you pay 15% of the total tour price.
Between 1 month and 15 days before departure: you pay 50% of the total tour price.
14 to 8 days before departure: you pay 75% of the total tour price.
7 days or less: you pay the full tour price.
Travel & Insurance
You are responsible for booking your own flights. We cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, or missed connections. However, we gladly help you book the best flight option!
We recommend travel and health insurance.
Liability
Participation in surf lessons and activities is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
Flexibility
Surf conditions, lesson times, and activities may vary depending on weather and ocean conditions. We always aim to provide the best and safest experience.
