Itinerary Cooking Workshop in Leon

We begin the tour. You choose whether to come to our meeting point or we’ll pick you up at your hostel. After a brief introduction and general overview of Nicaraguan food, we then head to the local market. Prepare to smell, taste, and experience different flavors and learn more about the ingredients and their history. Then, head to the kitchen where everything is ready. Take your time, follow the instructions, and enjoy.

Yes! Some of the vegetarian dishes in our menu include sopa de queso (cheese soup) and buñuelos (sweet yucca fritters).
