Explore the magical White Towns
The White Towns of Nicaragua, or Pueblos Blancos, are a cluster of charming villages near Granada, named for the white limestone once used to paint their homes. Rooted in pre-Columbian traditions, these towns are famous for vibrant artisan crafts, pottery, and ancestral folklore. Wander through San Juan de Oriente or Catarina, where time slows, and centuries-old customs live on, blending indigenous heritage with colonial influence in every colorful street and handcrafted piece.
